- Two topical fluoride treatments per year for children
- 20% off most treatment
*Can not be combined with insurance of 3rd party financing. Cleaning will be offered to patients without gum disease. Covers 2 adults and two children under 18 years old – each additional child $349.

Gum Therapy Plan

- One gum therapeutic cleaning at a 50% discount every two years
- Three periodontal maintenances per year

- 20% off most treatment
