Gum Therapy Plan

- Up to two exams and two sets of X-Rays per year
- One gum therapeutic cleaning at a 50% discount every two years
- Three periodontal maintenances per year
- One emergency exam with all necessary X-Rays per year
- 20% of all treatment, excluding cosmetic procedures and products
